The new Tacks 9080 Junior Hockey Glove represents CCM’s next evolution in protection and feel. Built off of the strong foundation set by the previous Tacks glove line – an anatomical, close-to-the-hand fit that gives the maximum amount of control and protection to the player. The fit through the fingers remains the same, but now has a new 3-piece segmented cuff so it both hugs the player’s hand for protection while and provides instantly noticeable mobility.

Palm Material
The CCM 9080 Hockey Glove features a Clarino palm providing a pro style feel to the player. The palm is also reinforced with Kevlar which enhances the durability against abrasion wear.

Gussets
Stretch nylon finger gussets provide a flexible but responsive feel. Another benefit to this style of gussets is that it allows your hand to breathe during play while allowing quicker drying times between ice-times.

Finger Protection & Side Pinky Protection
Pro level PE Foams with PE inserts and D3O smart material instantly provides some of the best protection in the game while keeping true to their lightweight roots. With the additional 3-piece side pinky protection, the 9080 glove offers pro level safety just as the game starts to heat up.

Backhand Protection
A noteworthy feature of the Tacks 9080 glove is the use of D3O smart material throughout the glove. Paired with pro-level PE foam and inserts, the 9080 glove possesses a highly durable and lightweight protection package, suitable for high level players with shot-blocking and physical play as part of their game.

Thumb Design
CCM continues to feature their 2-piece flexible thumb on the 9080 Tacks glove. This design allows for a great range of motion and provides nice stickhandling control.

Liner
CCM has done a really nice job of creating a silky soft and comfortable feeling liner that’s also anti-microbrial. Treated with Polygiene, this 9080 glove liner helps fight bacteria that causes odor.

Cuff
The newly designed segmented FlexCuff provides the largest range of movement yet while little details like raised embroidery on the cuff keep you looking like a pro.
