Oxidant 3.5% is specially designed for mixing with ÉLAN bleaching and tinting products 

For use with:

• ÉLAN Smart Brow Tinting System
• ÉLAN Eyebrow Gel Tint
• ÉLAN Ultramarine Bleach Powder
• ÉLAN Carbon Bleach Powder 

BROW TINTING STEPS

1. Use ÉLAN Detox Mousse to degrease the hairs and skin. Remove excess with a cotton pad moistened with water
2. Mix with ÉLAN Gel Tint or ÉLAN Smart Tinting System in a 1:1 ratio in a non metallic container 
3. Smart Tinting System - 5-10 minutes
4. Gel Tint - 10-15 minutes 
5. Wash off with a cotton pad moistened with water
   

EYEBROW BLEACHING STEPS

1. Mix with ÉLAN carbon or ultramarine powder in a 2:1 ration (two parts emulsion to one part powder)
2. Apply to hairs and spread with a brush 
3. Leave for 3-15 minutes depending on desired result 
4. Repeat for a lighter shade 
5. Apply ÉLAN detox mousse 

PRECAUTIONS

The brow tint and booster concentrate contain phenylenediamines, phenylenediamines (toluene diamines), resorcinol.

Perform an allergy test 48 hours before use: mix 2 drops of the tint and the oxidizing emulsion and apply this mixture to a small area of the skin of the elbow bend. If there is no redness, swelling, or irritation on the skin, you should proceed with the tinting.

For professional use only. Hair dyes can cause severe allergic reactions. Read and follow the instructions for use. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 16. Temporary tattooing with black henna may increase the risk of allergies.

Do not use the tint if you:

• have a rash on your face or a sensitive, irritated, or damaged scalp;
• have had any reaction after hair colouring;
• had a reaction to a temporary 'black henna' tattoo in the past.

Wear protective gloves. Do not use metal objects when working with the product. Not for lash tinting. For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with water. Rinse thoroughly after application. In case of an allergic reaction, be sure to consult a dermatologist.

Important: after the eyebrow hairs are bleached, it is not recommended to carry out the standard procedure of eyebrow tinting. If you use eyebrow dye and oxidant in a 1:1 ratio, the eyebrow hairs will turn black.
